Custom features of this software include: -Automatic tracking mechanisms, including but not limited to; bankruptcy, foreclosure, senior loan status, last payment date, etc. These automatic tracking features facilitate the activity and job responsibilities of the collector by providing an automated outline of the collection activity, thus eliminating any guessing work by the collector and ensuring that all activity is with the FDCPA guidelines and based upon industry specific collection strategies. - Collectors also have live access to data and activity on the loan. In addition to the Solace Mortgage Collector, all of Solace's operating systems have an open architecture that can easily be integrated with database information from other financial institutions. Due to the integration of all of the operating systems, Solace is able to provide extensive reporting capabilities and cutomized report functionality.
